This Privacy Policy explains what we collect on this Site, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the public marketing website and our SMS security & account notifications program described below. It does not cover our product or any protected health information (PHI). Please don’t submit medical, billing, or other sensitive information via the contact form.

What we collect

1) Information you provide (contact form)

If you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you enter (for example: name, work email, company, role/title, phone, and your message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to operate and improve the Site.

2) Basic site analytics (via Squarespace)

Our Site runs on Squarespace. We use Squarespace’s built-in analytics and performance cookies to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., page views, unique visitors, referrers, general location, popular pages, and visit dates). Squarespace places and reads these cookies to generate analytics for us; you can disable their analytics/performance cookies via the Site’s cookie banner or browser controls.

Squarespace provides additional guidance about its privacy practices and data handling in its help center and privacy policy.

We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising or ad pixels on this Site.

3) SMS security & account notifications (Twilio)

If you’re a signed-in user of the Foresight platform and you (or your admin) enable SMS notifications in Team Settings, we collect and process your mobile phone number and message metadata (e.g., timestamps, delivery status) to send transactional messages such as login codes and unusual-login alerts. We keep SMS content minimal and it is not intended to contain PHI.

How we use information

• To respond to and manage inquiries you submit.

• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site (including analytics described above).

• To comply with law, protect our rights, and prevent misuse of the Site.

• To send transactional SMS security and account notifications (to product users who enable SMS).

How we share information

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and the SMS program—for example, Squarespace (hosting/analytics) and Twilio, Inc. (sending SMS). These vendors may process limited personal information on our behalf consistent with our instructions.

• Legal/disclosure. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Cookies and similar technologies

Squarespace’s analytics/performance cookies help measure traffic and Site usage. Visitors can decline non-essential analytics cookies using our cookie banner and can also control cookies through browser settings.

SMS program terms (US)

• Program purpose: Transactional security. No marketing texts.

• Opt-in: Enabled by you or your admin in the Foresight platform’s Team Settings.

• Rates & frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and settings.

• Content minimization: We avoid including PHI in SMS and keep messages brief.

• Support: For SMS help, contact us at ops@have-foresight.com.

• Carrier notice: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention

• Contact form submissions: kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond and for standard business records, then deleted or anonymized.

• Analytics data: retained according to Squarespace’s settings/policies and then aggregated or deleted.

• SMS phone numbers and message logs (Twilio): kept while your account uses SMS or as needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance; then deleted or anonymized. Our messaging provider may retain minimal delivery logs consistent with its policies.

Your privacy rights (US)

Depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and others), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, that specific opt-out does not apply to this Site today.
