    x3 AI CEO, JJ has built dozens of AI products over the past 10 years, including agentic AI products in regulated industries and computer vision-powered engines providing real-time biometrics.

    Having graduated with his 7th college degree at age 23, JJ’s background also spans machine learning and strategy work at McKinsey & Company; consumer products at Google; and AI strategy as an Avanade director. This background allows him to cover the breadth of big picture strategy and product thinking down to day-to-day implementation details.

    Kyle’s mission is rooted in making healthcare accessible to all. After achieving colossal success with his first company - a mental telehealth service he founded at age 27 and grew to a $4.8 billion valuation-, he founded Zealthy, a digital health company that takes a holistic approach to both physical and mental wellbeing and serves hundreds of thousands of patients.

    Kyle is also the founder of Revolution Ventures Studios, through which he supports the launch of transformative companies in healthcare.

    James is a healthcare and life sciences strategist who bridges academia, industry, and policy. He serves as an External Advisor to McKinsey & Company, Senior Advisor at Stanford Medicine’s Clinical Excellence Research Center, Managing Director for Life Sciences at Sterling Bay, and Chief Health Officer for Umoja Health’s Food for Health division.

    James chairs the Patient & Family Advisory Committee (PFAC) at Blue Clay Health and has held research affiliations at Yale and Notre Dame.. He earned advanced degrees from Northwestern (Kellogg), Harvard Law, and Princeton, and previously served in the U.S. Army Reserve.

    Aneel Ursani, MD MBA - Advisor

    Dr. Aneel Ursani is a physician–operator who bridges payer, provider, and virtual care to improve outcomes at scale. He serves as BH Medical Director for Healthy Blue Kansas at Elevance Health, where he leads clinical strategy and quality initiatives for Medicaid members with complex behavioral health needs. He is also the Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of Klinic, a clinically integrated network expanding access to addiction treatment and related services in medically underserved communities.

    Previously, Dr. Ursani co-founded Revive Telehealth and held clinical leadership roles across hospital and ambulatory settings—including CMO of San Jose Behavioral Health Hospital and Director of Clinical Quality at Cerebral. A Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a licensed psychiatrist in 45+ states, he trained in psychiatry and holds other degrees from UC Berkeley. Dr. Ursani focuses on integrating care and leveraging technology to reduce administrative burden and deliver patient-centered care.

    Barthalomew (BA) Jung-Sillah, MBA - Advisor

    BA is a science-to-startup builder with a background in developmental biology and training at Penn Medicine and Wharton. He began in venture creation, splitting time between an investment arm and hands-on operating roles, including a successful exit. He spent four years leading an oncology therapeutics company, giving them a founder/CEO perspective on translating research into products. Today, He advises and builds alongside multiple companies and contribute on Penn and Wharton investment committees. Bridging operator and investor mindsets, BA focuses on helping scientific founders refine strategy, recruit great people, and navigate capital formation.
